Biography

Rylee Austin is an up and coming singer/songwriter and Award nominated Nashville recording artist.
      

 At the age of 19, Rylee joined the band “Lone Survivor” with some of the most amazing musicians who took her under their wings and showed her the ropes of band life. Ronny, Shiver, Marty Mauldin, Frank Campbell, Hal Cobb, and Kevin Howell were far more than just band mates they were family. When Lone Survivor came to an end Rylee began booking acoustic shows.

   Rylee is influenced by such artists as Ashley McBryde, Wynonna, Carly Pearce, Ashland Craft, Tracy Lawrence, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, George Strait, Reba, and even up and coming artists such as Mae Estes, and Taylor Austin Dye.

     She has played a variety of venues from bars, benefits, restaurants, and festivals. The festivals include such festivals as The Hank Williams Festival and Georgiana City Fest in Georgiana, AL and Festival at the Well in Glenwood, AL.

     Along with a variety of venues she has also been fortunate to open up for acts such as Nashville Recording Artist Shane Owens, Hannah Dasher, Taylor Austin Dye, Ashton Shepherd, and Bryan Martin to name a few.

     In February 2023 Rylee signed with Grace Records Nashville and released her debut album "My Side" in August 2023.

   In 2024 she has been nominated for various awards. "My Side" has been nominated for "Album of the Year" and "Song Of The Year" for the prestegious and highly acclaimed Josie Music Awards as well as the ISSA awards. Rylee was also nominated for "Vocalist of the Year" for The Josie Awards as well.

      Paired perfectly with some originals she has written Rylee also covers many different songs from your favorite good ol' story telling 90s Country Music to the modern day tell it like it is hits from Ashley McBryde. No matter what you’re into she’s bound to sing something you love!
